Dutch Marshmallows - Haribo Ruitspek Chamallows (Diamond-shaped, 260 g)

Fun food as only the Dutch know how! ‘Ruitspek’ translates as ‘diamond bacon’ - ‘diamond’ for the shape and ‘bacon’ for the pink/yellowy-creamy two-toned coloured layers of each piece.

But they don’t taste like bacon! These are soft and fluffy and sweet, with a light sugary crystallised coating which adds just a touch of bite to the whole taste experience. (You can just make out this coating in the second photo.)

The solid milk chocolate heart in the first picture is not included but provided for scale.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, water, humectant sorbitol syrup, gelatin, dextrose, aroma, colouring: carmine, curcumin
